The RIT Inn & Conference Center
All events will be held in the RIT Inn & Conference Center, Friday – Sunday. You can buy tickets to the events here. You can book online using group code 260919JGIN for 2026.
They can call into the RIT Inn and Conference Center directly at (585) 359-1800 and ask for the Just Games room block on Sept 18-20. You must be on THIS website for the group rate to apply, as this is the hotel’s own website: https://www.rit.edu/ritinn/
Once there, click Book Now.
In the resulting window, select ADD CODE from the dropdown. And then GROUP ATTENDEE from the second dropdown. The code will NOT work if you use it with any other dropdown selected.
The group is for Friday and Saturday night. If you’re coming in early or leaving later, you CAN get the group rate added, but you will need to call the hotel and add those extra days to your stay after booking online.

- Walking down Park Ave is fun, there’s great shops like Parkleigh, Figgy Studios and other boutiques, lunch stops like Magnolia’s. Ask any of our staff if you’d like a specific recommendation or directions
- Equal Grounds is a LGTBQ+ – friendly coffee shop and open late (10 PM) – many of our late night Commander Sealed planning sessions happened right here 🙂
