This year’s 2026 Playmat art is titled The Spectral Guide. Here is what the artist, Serena Malyon, has to say about this piece. 

“The guide themselves may represent different things to different people – an inner self blossoming and lifting us through life’s struggles. The people long gone whose voices travel with us. The immense power of love in a cold world. 

“My initial concept was to portray the strength that comes from community, the guidance and courage that we lend to one another in trying times. I hope you find your own meaning in it, and you can find some comfort in its prismatic light.”

This item is a preorder and will be delivered on-site at Commander Sealed 2026 if you choose “in store pickup.” If you choose shipping, it will ship after the event weekend, which is Sept 18-20, 2026
